Our philosophy has always been to keep our player’s list small but filled with quality so that you can manage everyone equally and give everyone the attention they need in a professional working class environment.
Recruitment is the bread and butter of Droom Soccer. We do our best but we also make mistakes. That’s the crux of recruitment – it’s not about being right all the time, it’s about being less and less wrong. You can never be 100% certain when signing a player, as there as so many variables, but our job is to minimise the risk.
