Droom Soccer is proud to officially announce today that young Nigerian Striker Nwoke Adrian and Born Kenyan Raphael Oakhu has been offered a trial by MLS Club, L.A Galaxy for a chance at earning a contract.

Nwoke, is originally from Portharcourt, moving to Lagos when he was 17 years old with his family and Raphael born in Niarobi both attended our African Tryout Tour Combine showcase held in 2018.

“We are so happy for them and we are looking forward to hearing how they do while on trial with the GALAXY,” said Droom Soccer Director Mr Akporobaro Emmanuel. “Adrian is the type of striker who wins his individual on-field battles, who will organize your front line and holds the type of presence you need in a physical league like the Galaxies and Rahael showed how dangerous he could be technically in tight spaces and was able to create plays that lead to goal scoring opportunities.

If all goes well, he will be working with a very experienced coach.

Adrian attended Droom Scouting August U25 Men’s Pro ID Camp in Lagos, where he was identified by Droom Scouting scouting staff.

“We are really excited for this opportunity that was given to us because it is so rare for someone like to break into the industry from Africa,” said the boys. “Droom Scouting has had some unbelievable players come through their scouting system. The honesty, the level and education you receive at a Droom Scouting event is just different than any other organization out there.”

Both players travelled  to Los Angeles in January 20th and participated in the club training sessions and three games before thier trial.
